Toyah founded Shadow Administration in 2020 after seeing a need for virtual support for tradies in New Zealand. As a working mum, she and her husband run a residential building company in the mighty Waikato. They understand the everyday challenges tradies face.

"Shadow Administration is my brainchild & my passion."

Toyah realised how much work trade business owners did after a day on the tools. Late nights filled with paperwork, bookings, and chasing payments were common. Toyah knew there had to be a better way to manage these tasks and allow tradies to focus on their work.

That’s why she started Shadow Administration—to provide reliable virtual assistant services that handle admin tasks so tradies can get back to doing what they do best.
