Toyah founded Shadow Administration in 2020 because she saw a need for virtual support for tradies in New Zealand. A working mum, she and her husband own a residential building company in the mighty Waikato. 

Working alongside her husband, Toyah realised the amount of work and tasks that trade business owners did after they finished a day on the tools, so Shadow Administration was born.

When you call Shadow Administration, Toyah is the one who will always answer your call. She is the first voice you will hear and will continue supporting you as your Account Manager while you work with Shadow Administration. 

With a background in Business and HR, Toyah has a genuine love for all things business. Supporting others to achieve their businesses full capacity is what she loves doing!

Marianne

Creative VA & Team Leader

Marianne is our very talented creative mastermind. She is the one behind all our client's social media platforms, working her magic to make sure that they are showcasing their work and team and promoting themselves. 

Originally a high school teacher, Marianne decided on a career shift after the Covid-19 pandemic and now holds a Diploma in Digital Marketing, so you know you're in good hands. 

Christine

Bookkeeper

Christine is our very dedicated, qualified bookkeeper. She always has her finger on the pulse and constantly provides our clients with accurate and up-to-date financial information. 

With over 25 years of experience in various industries, Christine truly is a professional bookkeeper and an expert at using Xero. She has experience in Accounts Receivable (and credit control), Accounts Payable, and Payroll, as well as day-to-day data entry and bank reconciliations.

Hannah

General Admin VA

Hannah is an all-around general administrative superstar. She's a pro at getting things done, whether formatting documents, managing your inbox, or setting up site procedures. She's also Xero Certified and helps with bookkeeping.

Hannah has a background in customer services, administration and technical support, and operations management, so you know you are in skilled hands!
